All profiles we install are supplied by Metalcraft Roofing, New Zealand's largest privately-owned building product rollformer. Their extensive range covers longrun roofing profiles, lightweight metal tiles, and rainwater systems.

Products are manufactured from NZ Steel Galvsteel, Zincalume, Colorsteel Endura, and Colorsteel Maxx. Each material is designed and tested for New Zealand's climate, from coastal salt air to the temperature extremes of the central North Island.

Profile range

Four core profiles to suit different architectural styles and project requirements.

Espan 340

A wide, standing seam-style longrun profile with a bold, linear appearance. Popular in residential and light commercial builds where a clean, modern aesthetic is required. Low-pitch capability and excellent weather performance.

Espan 470

A wider format version of the Espan profile offering fewer seams per roof width. Suited to larger roof areas where a streamlined look and fast installation are priorities. Strong structural performance at low roof pitches.

Corrugate

New Zealand's most recognised roofing profile. The traditional corrugated shape suits both heritage restorations and contemporary designs. Lightweight, strong, and available in the full Colorsteel colour range.

Longrun Panels

Continuous longrun panels running the full length of the roof to eliminate unnecessary joins and reduce leak risk. Ideal for both new roofing and re-roofing, with options in ribbed and trapezoidal profiles to suit different design requirements.
